उष्यता वायुभक्षेण पुत्रार्थं पूजितो हरः चारुदेष्णः सुचारुश् च चारुवेषो यशोधरः
uṣyatā vāyubhakṣeṇa putrārthaṃ pūjito haraḥ cārudeṣṇaḥ sucāruś ca cāruveṣo yaśodharaḥ
ಪುತ್ರಾರ್ಥವಾಗಿ ವಾಯುಭಕ್ಷಣದಿಂದ ತಪಸ್ಸಿನಲ್ಲಿ ನೆಲೆಸಿದವನು ಹರ (ಶಿವ)ನನ್ನು ಪೂಜಿಸಿದನು. ಆಗ ಅವರು ಚಾರುದೇಷ್ಣ, ಸುಚಾರು, ಚಾರುವೇಷ, ಯಶೋಧರ ಎಂದು ಪ್ರಸಿದ್ಧರಾದರು.
