भुवनकोशविन्यासनिर्णयः (ज्योतिर्गति-वृष्टिचक्र-वर्णनम्)

पूर्णा शतसहस्राणाम् एकत्रिंशत्तु सा स्मृता पञ्चाशच्च तथान्यानि सहस्राण्यधिकानि तु

Transliteration

pūrṇā śatasahasrāṇām ekatriṃśattu sā smṛtā pañcāśacca tathānyāni sahasrāṇyadhikāni tu

Translation

ಆ ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣ ಮೊತ್ತವನ್ನು ಮೂವತ್ತೊಂದು ‘ಶತ-ಸಹಸ್ರ’ (ಲಕ್ಷ) ಎಂದು ಸ್ಮರಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ; ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಹೆಚ್ಚಾಗಿ ಇನ್ನೂ ಐವತ್ತು ಸಾವಿರವೂ ಸೇರಿವೆ.
