असमानप्रवरको ह्यसगोत्रस्तथैव च / असंबन्धी च विज्ञेयो ब्राह्मणः पङ्क्तिपावनः
asamānapravarako hyasagotrastathaiva ca / asaṃbandhī ca vijñeyo brāhmaṇaḥ paṅktipāvanaḥ
ಭಿನ್ನ ಪ್ರವರಕ್ಕೆ ಸೇರಿದವನು, ಅದೇ ಗೋತ್ರದವನು ಅಲ್ಲದವನು, ಬಂಧುತ್ವಸಂಬಂಧವಿಲ್ಲದವನು—ಅಂತಹ ಬ್ರಾಹ್ಮಣನು ಪಂಕ್ತಿ-ಪಾವನನೆಂದು ತಿಳಿಯಬೇಕು.
