तम्वभि प्र गायत पुरुहूतं पुरुष्टुतम् । इन्द्रं गीर्भिस्तविषमा विवासत

IAST Transliteration

tám u abhí prá gā́yata puruhūtáṃ puruṣṭutám | índraṃ gī́rbhis tavíṣam ā́ vivāsata

English Translation (Griffith/Whitney)

Him verily sing ye forth and unto—Indra, the Much-invoked, the Much-extolled: with hymns make manifest the Mighty One, and bring him hither.

Translation

ಅವನನ್ನೇ ಉಚ್ಚವಾಗಿ ಹಾಡಿರಿ—ಪುರುಹೂತ, ಪುರುಷ್ಟುತ ಇಂದ್ರನನ್ನು; ಸ್ತುತಿಗೀತೆಗಳಿಂದ ಆ ಮಹಾಬಲವಂತನನ್ನು ಪ್ರಕಟಗೊಳಿಸಿ, ಅವನನ್ನು ಇಲ್ಲಿಗೆ ಕರೆತನ್ನಿರಿ.
