Sukta 36
आ जनाय द्रुह्वणे पार्थिवानि दिव्यानि दीपयोऽन्तरिक्षा । तपा वृषन् विश्वतः शोचिषा तान् ब्रह्मद्विषे शोचय क्षामपश्च
ā́ jánāya drúhvaṇe pārthívāni divyā́ni dīpayo ’ntárikṣā | tápā vṛ́ṣan viśvátaḥ śócīṣā tā́n brahmadvíṣe śocaya kṣā́m ápaś ca
For the people thou kindlest, in mid-air, the powers terrestrial and celestial; but burn, O Bull, from every side with flame—those haters of the holy spell: scorch them, the earth and the waters too.
ಜನರ ಹಿತಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ನೀನು ಅಂತರಿಕ್ಷದಲ್ಲಿ ಪಾರ್ಥಿವ ಮತ್ತು ದಿವ್ಯ ಶಕ್ತಿಗಳನ್ನು ಪ್ರಜ್ವಲಿಸುತ್ತೀ. ಹೇ ವೃಷಭ, ಎಲ್ಲ ದಿಕ್ಕುಗಳಿಂದ ನಿನ್ನ ಜ್ವಾಲೆಯಿಂದ ತಪಿಸು; ಬ್ರಹ್ಮದ್ವೇಷಿಗಳನ್ನು ದಹಿಸು—ಭೂಮಿಯನ್ನೂ ನೀರನ್ನೂ ತಪಿಸಿ ಅವರನ್ನು ಸುಟ್ಟುಹಾಕು.
