शिरो धीरञ्च कारञ्च कण्ठं चाधोमुखे स्मरेत् ध्यायेदच्छिन्नचिन्तात्मा भुयो भूतेन चात्मना

ಅವನು ಶಿರಸ್ಸನ್ನು, ‘ಧೀ’ ಮತ್ತು ‘ಕಾ’ ಅಕ್ಷರಗಳನ್ನು ಹಾಗೂ ಕಂಠವನ್ನು ಅಧೋಮುಖವಾಗಿ ಸ್ಮರಿಸಲಿ. ಅಚ್ಛಿನ್ನ ಧ್ಯಾನಚಿತ್ತನಾಗಿ, ಭೂತತತ್ತ್ವದೊಂದಿಗೆ ಆತ್ಮವನ್ನು ಏಕೀಕರಿಸಿ ಪುನಃ ಪುನಃ ಧ್ಯಾನಿಸಲಿ.
