Ṛग्विधानम् (Ṛgvidhāna) — Applications of Ṛgvedic Mantras through Japa and Homa

होमं त्रिषवणं भैक्ष्यमनग्निज्वलनञ्चरेत् अतः परमृचः सप्त वाय्वाद्या याः प्रकीर्तिताः

homaṃ triṣavaṇaṃ bhaikṣyamanagnijvalanañcaret ataḥ paramṛcaḥ sapta vāyvādyā yāḥ prakīrtitāḥ

ತ್ರಿಷವಣಕಾಲಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಹೋಮವನ್ನು ಮಾಡಬೇಕು, ಭಿಕ್ಷೆಯಿಂದ ಜೀವನ ನಡೆಸಬೇಕು, ಮತ್ತು ದೃಶ್ಯ ಅಗ್ನಿಯಿಲ್ಲದೆ ಅಗ್ನಿ-ಪ್ರಜ್ವಲನದ ಅಭ್ಯಾಸವನ್ನು ಮಾಡಬೇಕು. ನಂತರ ವಾಯು ಮೊದಲಾದ ದೇವತೆಗಳಿಂದ ಆರಂಭವಾಗುವ, ಉಪದೇಶಿಸಲ್ಪಟ್ಟ ಏಳು ಋಕ್ ಮಂತ್ರಗಳನ್ನು ಜಪಿಸಬೇಕು।
