FAQs

Ayurvedic therapeutic guidance: a specified medicated drink for kuṣṭha sufferers and the use of khadira-infused water as a healing potable preparation.

It exemplifies the Agni Purāṇa’s inclusion of practical medical (Ayurveda) prescriptions—specific materia medica and modes of administration (pāna)—alongside its religious and cultural teachings.

By promoting bodily purification and restoration of health through dharmic, traditionally sanctioned remedies, it supports a life fit for sādhana and duty (dharma), treating health as an aid to righteous living.
