ಇವು ‘ಅಭಿಷೇಕಮಂತ್ರಗಳು’. ಹೀಗೆ ಎರಡು ನೂರು ಹತ್ತೊಂಬತ್ತನೇ ಅಧ್ಯಾಯ ಮುಕ್ತಾಯವಾಯಿತು. “ಅಭಿಷಿಞ್ಚಂತು, ಪಾಂತು ಚ” ಇತ್ಯಾದಿ—ಖ, ಗ, ಘ, ಙ, ಛ, ಜ, ಞ ಮತ್ತು ಟ ಅಕ್ಷರಗಳಿಂದ ಆರಂಭವಾಗುವ ಮಂತ್ರಗಳು. ಈಗ ಎರಡು ನೂರು ಇಪ್ಪತ್ತನೇ ಅಧ್ಯಾಯ ‘ಸಹಾಯಸಂಪತ್ತಿ’ (ಮಿತ್ರ-ಆಧಾರ ಸಂಪಾದನೆ) ಆರಂಭ. ಪುಷ್ಕರನು ಹೇಳಿದನು—ಅಭಿಷಿಕ್ತನಾಗಿ, ಸಚಿವರೊಂದಿಗೆ ಇರುವ ಶ್ರೇಷ್ಠ ರಾಜನು ಶತ್ರುಗಳನ್ನು ಜಯಿಸಬೇಕು. ರಾಜನು ಸೇನಾಪತಿಯನ್ನು ನೇಮಿಸಬೇಕು—ಅವನು ಬ್ರಾಹ್ಮಣನಾಗಲಿ ಕ್ಷತ್ರಿಯನಾಗಲಿ.
