Ayurvedic dravya-yoga: a complexion-enhancing regimen using Triphalā with saindhava (rock-salt), and a nourishing dietary combination including jāṅgala-rasa (lean meat broth), curd, milk, and grains.
It shows the Agni Purana functioning as a compendium beyond mythology—preserving practical Ayurvedic dietetics and formulations (rasas, salts, dairy, herbal compounds) within a puranic framework.
By prescribing sāttvika, regulated nourishment and restorative herbs, the text frames bodily well-being and clarity of complexion as supportive of purity, discipline, and fitness for dharmic living and worship.
