चरुञ्च श्रपयेदग्नौ ब्रह्माणं दक्षिणे न्यसेत् कुशानास्तीर्य पूर्वादौ परिधीन् स्थापयेत्ततः
caruñca śrapayedagnau brahmāṇaṃ dakṣiṇe nyaset kuśānāstīrya pūrvādau paridhīn sthāpayettataḥ
ಅಗ್ನಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಚರು (ಯಜ್ಞಪಾಕ)ವನ್ನು ಬೇಯಿಸಬೇಕು; ಬ್ರಹ್ಮಾ ಋತ್ವಿಜನನ್ನು ದಕ್ಷಿಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಇರಿಸಬೇಕು. ಪೂರ್ವದಿಂದ ಆರಂಭಿಸಿ ಕುಶವನ್ನು ಹಾಸಿ, ನಂತರ ಪರಿಧಿ ಕಡ್ಡಿಗಳನ್ನು ಯಥಾಸ್ಥಾನದಲ್ಲಿ ಸ್ಥಾಪಿಸಬೇಕು.
