देव्युवाच । श्रुतं सर्वमशेषेण चन्द्रस्योत्पत्ति कारणम् । चिह्नं यथाऽभवत्तस्य सांप्रतं तत्प्रकीर्त्तय
devyuvāca | śrutaṃ sarvamaśeṣeṇa candrasyotpatti kāraṇam | cihnaṃ yathā'bhavattasya sāṃprataṃ tatprakīrttaya
ព្រះនាងមានព្រះបន្ទូលថា៖ «ខ្ញុំបានស្តាប់គ្រប់យ៉ាងដោយពេញលេញអំពីហេតុបណ្តាលកំណើតរបស់ព្រះចន្ទ។ ឥឡូវនេះ សូមប្រាប់តាមដែលបានកើតឡើង អំពីសញ្ញាពិសេសដែលបានកើតមានលើព្រះអង្គ»។
