បុរសណាដែលយកសម្លៀកបំពាក់របស់អ្នកដទៃ អណ្ដូង សួន ឬផ្ទះ មកប្រើដោយមិនបានទទួលការផ្តល់ឬអនុញ្ញាត នោះគេក្លាយជាអ្នកចែករំលែកមួយភាគបួននៃបាបរបស់ម្ចាស់នោះ។
