देव्युवाच । कथं स पातकान्मुक्तः कथं पापमभूत्पुरा । कथं तत्स्थापितं लिंगं किंप्रभावं वदस्व मे
devyuvāca | kathaṃ sa pātakānmuktaḥ kathaṃ pāpamabhūtpurā | kathaṃ tatsthāpitaṃ liṃgaṃ kiṃprabhāvaṃ vadasva me
ទេវីមានព្រះវាចា៖ «តើទ្រង់រួចផុតពីបាបដោយរបៀបណា? តើអំពើអាក្រក់នោះកើតឡើងដំបូងយ៉ាងដូចម្តេច? លិង្គនោះត្រូវបានបង្កើតតាំងដូចម្តេច ហើយមានអานุភាពសក្ការៈអ្វី? សូមប្រាប់ខ្ញុំ»។
