ब्रह्मोवाच । अवध्यः स तु सर्वेषां देवानामिति मे मतिः । ऋते तु शांकरं तेजो नान्येन विनिपात्यते । तस्माद्गच्छत भद्रं वो देवदेवं महेश्वरम्
brahmovāca | avadhyaḥ sa tu sarveṣāṃ devānāmiti me matiḥ | ṛte tu śāṃkaraṃ tejo nānyena vinipātyate | tasmādgacchata bhadraṃ vo devadevaṃ maheśvaram
ព្រះព្រហ្មមានព្រះបន្ទូល៖ «តាមទស្សនៈរបស់ខ្ញុំ គេមិនអាចឈ្នះគាត់បានដោយទេវទាំងអស់ឡើយ។ លើកលែងតែដោយព្រះតេជៈសាំករៈ (អំណាចព្រះសិវៈ) ប៉ុណ្ណោះ មិនអាចបំផ្លាញដោយអ្វីផ្សេងទៀតបានទេ។ ដូច្នេះ សូមសេចក្តីមង្គលមានដល់អ្នក—ចូរទៅរកព្រះមហេស្វរៈ ព្រះនៃទេវទាំងអស់»។
