चौरः किलायं संप्राप्तः सर्वोद्वेगकरः परः । दंडप्रहाराभिहतो नीयते दंडपाशकैः
cauraḥ kilāyaṃ saṃprāptaḥ sarvodvegakaraḥ paraḥ | daṃḍaprahārābhihato nīyate daṃḍapāśakaiḥ
«ពិតមែនហើយ ចោរនេះត្រូវបានចាប់ខ្លួន ដែលជាមូលហេតុនៃការភ័យខ្លាចដល់អ្នកផងទាំងពួង។ ដោយត្រូវគេវាយនឹងដំបອງ គេត្រូវបាននាំខ្លួនទៅដោយមន្ត្រីដែលកាន់ដំបອງនិងខ្សែ។»
