នៅដែនមទ្រ មានស្តេចធម៌មួយព្រះអង្គ ឈ្មោះ អស្វបតិ ជាអ្នកខិតខំដើម្បីសុខុមាលភាពសត្វលោកទាំងអស់ ហើយជាទីស្រឡាញ់របស់ប្រជាជនទាំងទីក្រុង និងជនបទ។
