अशीतिश्च सहस्राणि पूर्वपश्चायतं स्मृतम् । उत्तरे हिमवानस्ति क्षीरोदो दक्षिणे स्मृतः
aśītiśca sahasrāṇi pūrvapaścāyataṃ smṛtam | uttare himavānasti kṣīrodo dakṣiṇe smṛtaḥ
«ទិសកើតទៅលិចរបស់វា ត្រូវបាននិយាយថា មាន៨ម៉ឺនយោជន។ ខាងជើងមានភ្នំហិមវាន ហើយខាងត្បូង ត្រូវបានចងចាំថា ជាសមុទ្រខ្សីរោទ (សមុទ្រទឹកដោះ)»។
