Transliteration

bhrāmayennagaraṃ sarvaṃ nānāvādyaiḥ samanvitam | sthāpayedbhrāmayitvā tu sakalaṃ nagaraṃ nṛpaḥ

Translation

ព្រះរាជាគួរឲ្យដង្ហែវង់ជុំវិញទីក្រុងទាំងមូល ដោយមានឧបករណ៍តន្ត្រីជាច្រើនប្រភេទ។ ហើយក្រោយដង្ហែរួច ព្រះរាជាគួរឲ្យរៀបចំទីក្រុងទាំងមូលឲ្យស្ថិតស្ថេរត្រឹមត្រូវវិញ។
