atha viṣṇupadīṃ devīṃ śrutvā sāgarasaṃgatām | itastataḥ samājagmuḥ śraddadhānāḥ payasvinīm

បន្ទាប់មក ពេលឮថា ព្រះនាងវិស្ណុបទី (គង្គា) បានជួបសមុទ្រ មនុស្សមានសទ្ធាបានមកប្រមូលផ្តុំគ្នាពីទិសទាំងឡាយ ទៅកាន់ទន្លេដ៏សម្បូរទឹកនោះ។
