शास्ता भवान्प्रजानां हि न न्यायेन नियोक्ष्यति । भविष्यति भवांस्तस्मात्कृकलासो न संशयः
śāstā bhavānprajānāṃ hi na nyāyena niyokṣyati | bhaviṣyati bhavāṃstasmātkṛkalāso na saṃśayaḥ
«ទោះបីអ្នកជាអ្នកដាក់ទណ្ឌកម្ម និងគ្រប់គ្រងប្រជាជន ក៏អ្នកមិនដឹកនាំតាមយុត្តិធម៌ឡើយ។ ដូច្នេះ អ្នកនឹងក្លាយជាក្រពើក្រពើ (ក្រពិល) មិនមានសង្ស័យទេ»។
