पुलस्त्य उवाच । शृणु राजन्कथां दिव्यामद्भुतां लोकविश्रुताम् । यस्याः संश्रवणादेव मुच्यते सर्वपातकैः
pulastya uvāca | śṛṇu rājankathāṃ divyāmadbhutāṃ lokaviśrutām | yasyāḥ saṃśravaṇādeva mucyate sarvapātakaiḥ
ពុលស្ត្យៈបានមានព្រះវាចា៖ «សូមស្តាប់ ឱ ព្រះមហាក្សត្រ នូវរឿងរ៉ាវទេវីយ៍អស្ចារ្យ ដែលល្បីលើលោកទាំងឡាយ—ត្រឹមតែស្តាប់ប៉ុណ្ណោះ ក៏រួចផុតពីបាបទាំងអស់»។
