«ព្រះរាជា អំពើនេះបានកើតឡើងតាំងពីបុរាណ នៅស្រះនោះ។ ដូច្នេះ សូមប្រឹងប្រែងគ្រប់យ៉ាង ហើយមានសមាធិវិន័យនៅថ្ងៃចន្ទ្រាទី១៤ (ចតុរទសី)»។
