वत्स उवाच । अहं तत्र गमिष्यामि यत्र त्वं गंतुमिच्छसि । श्लाघ्यं हि मरणं मेऽद्य त्वया सह न संशयः
vatsa uvāca | ahaṃ tatra gamiṣyāmi yatra tvaṃ gaṃtumicchasi | ślāghyaṃ hi maraṇaṃ me'dya tvayā saha na saṃśayaḥ
វត្សបាននិយាយ៖ ខ្ញុំនឹងទៅទីនោះ—កន្លែងណាដែលអ្នកប្រាថ្នាចង់ទៅ។ ពិតប្រាកដណាស់ ការស្លាប់ថ្ងៃនេះជាមួយអ្នក គឺជាមរណភាពដ៏គួរគោរព; មិនមានសង្ស័យឡើយ។
