इंद्र उवाच । वरं वरय भद्रं ते राजन्यन्मनसीप्सितम् । त्वां दृष्ट्वा भक्तिसंयुक्तमागतोऽहमसंशयम्
iṃdra uvāca | varaṃ varaya bhadraṃ te rājanyanmanasīpsitam | tvāṃ dṛṣṭvā bhaktisaṃyuktamāgato'hamasaṃśayam
ព្រះឥន្ទ្រមានបន្ទូលថា៖ «ចូរជ្រើសរើសពរមួយចុះ ឱព្រះរាជា សូមសិរីសួស្តីកើតមានដល់អ្នក។ អ្វីក៏ដោយដែលចិត្តអ្នកប្រាថ្នា។ ដោយឃើញអ្នកប្រកបដោយភក្តីភាព ខ្ញុំបានមកទីនេះដោយគ្មានការសង្ស័យឡើយ»។
