Transliteration

kṛpayā parayāviṣṭo bhaktibhāvānmaheśvaraḥ | koṭiṃ kṛtvā'tmaliṃgānāṃ tasminsthāne vyavasthitaḥ

ដោយព្រះមហេស្វរៈ ត្រូវបានជ្រាបជ្រែងដោយមហាករុណាខ្ពស់បំផុត និងដោយភក្តិដ៏ជ្រាលជ្រៅរបស់អ្នកស្រឡាញ់ព្រះ; ព្រះអង្គបានបង្ហាញលិង្គរបស់ព្រះអង្គចំនួនមួយកោដិ ហើយស្ថិតតាំងនៅកន្លែងនោះឯង។
