दुःखी यतः पराधीनः सदैवात्मवशः सुखी । यस्मिन्कर्मण्यंतरात्मा क्रियमाणे प्रसीदति
duḥkhī yataḥ parādhīnaḥ sadaivātmavaśaḥ sukhī | yasminkarmaṇyaṃtarātmā kriyamāṇe prasīdati
អ្នកពឹងផ្អែកលើអ្នកដទៃ គឺទុក្ខ; អ្នកដែលគ្រប់គ្រងខ្លួនជានិច្ច គឺសុខ។ គួរជ្រើសរើសកិច្ចការដែលពេលកំពុងធ្វើ នាំឲ្យអន្តរាត្មាស្ងប់ស្ងាត់ និងរីករាយ។
