व्यास उवाच । साधु पृष्टं त्वया राजन्धर्मज्ञस्त्वं सदा शुचिः । आदौ कलियुगे प्राप्ते यद्दत्तं तच्छृणुष्व भोः
vyāsa uvāca | sādhu pṛṣṭaṃ tvayā rājandharmajñastvaṃ sadā śuciḥ | ādau kaliyuge prāpte yaddattaṃ tacchṛṇuṣva bhoḥ
ព្រះវ្យាស មានព្រះបន្ទូលថា៖ ល្អណាស់ដែលព្រះអង្គសួរ ព្រះរាជា; ព្រះអង្គជាអ្នកដឹងធម៌ និងបរិសុទ្ធជានិច្ច។ ឥឡូវសូមស្តាប់ ឱ មហាបុរស អំពីអ្វីដែលបានកំណត់នៅដើមកលិយុគ។
