इति श्रुत्वा तदा देवी दुष्टचित्ता शुचिस्मिता । कूटशेषास्ततो वीराः प्रोक्तास्तस्यै तु शंभु ना
iti śrutvā tadā devī duṣṭacittā śucismitā | kūṭaśeṣāstato vīrāḥ proktāstasyai tu śaṃbhu nā
ពេលបានឮដូច្នោះ ទេវី—មានចិត្តអាក្រក់ តែញញឹមផ្អែមដូចអ្នកបរិសុទ្ធ—បន្ទាប់មក ព្រះសម្ភូបានប្រាប់នាងអំពីផ្នែក ‘កូដ’ (kūṭa) ដែលនៅសល់ ជាពាក្យសម្ងាត់។
