शंकरानुप्रहाद्देवी महापातकनाशिनी । यस्मान्महार्णवे घोरे दृश्यते महती च सा
śaṃkarānuprahāddevī mahāpātakanāśinī | yasmānmahārṇave ghore dṛśyate mahatī ca sā
ដោយព្រះអនុគ្រោះរបស់ព្រះសង្ករា ទេវី—អ្នកបំផ្លាញបាបធំៗ—បង្ហាញខ្លួនយ៉ាងធំទូលាយ និងអស្ចារ្យ សូម្បីនៅកណ្ដាលមហាសមុទ្រដ៏គួរភ័យ; ដូច្នេះនាងត្រូវបានឃើញថាជា ‘មហតី’ ពិតប្រាកដ។
