Narrator (reporting the mother’s speech)
Tirtha: Revā-tīra (contextual)
Type: kshetra
Listener: implicitly the departed son; secondarily those present (sage, Citraseṇa)
Scene: The mother cries ‘My son, my son!’ like a kurarī bird, wailing: ‘Where have you gone leaving me? Show me your face; honor me, your mother.’
The verse highlights the sanctity of familial bonds and the dharmic gravity of causing grief to parents.
No tīrtha is directly praised in this lament; the Revā Khaṇḍa setting remains the implied sacred backdrop.
None; it is a lamentation scene.
