श्रीमार्कण्डेय उवाच । साधु साधु महाप्राज्ञ पृष्टः प्रश्नस्त्वयानघ । कथयामि यथापूर्वं श्रुतमेतन्महेश्वरात्
śrīmārkaṇḍeya uvāca | sādhu sādhu mahāprājña pṛṣṭaḥ praśnastvayānagha | kathayāmi yathāpūrvaṃ śrutametanmaheśvarāt
ព្រះមារកណ្ឌេយៈមានព្រះវាចា៖ ល្អណាស់ ល្អណាស់ ឱ មហាប្រាជ្ញ និងអ្នកឥតទោស សំណួរដែលអ្នកសួរនេះសមរម្យណាស់។ ខ្ញុំនឹងនិទានតាមដែលខ្ញុំធ្លាប់បានស្តាប់ពីព្រះមហេស្វរ (ព្រះសិវៈ) កាលពីមុន។
