द्विज उवाच । न विचारस्त्वया कार्यः कृता यज्ञा न संशयः । यदि वेदाः प्रमाणं तं भुवि देवा द्विजास्तथा
dvija uvāca | na vicārastvayā kāryaḥ kṛtā yajñā na saṃśayaḥ | yadi vedāḥ pramāṇaṃ taṃ bhuvi devā dvijāstathā
ព្រាហ្មណ៍បាននិយាយថា៖ «លោកមិនចាំបាច់ពិចារណារឿងនេះទេ។ យជ្ញទាំងឡាយបានប្រតិបត្តិរួចហើយពិតប្រាកដ—គ្មានសង្ស័យឡើយ។ ប្រសិនបើវេទៈជាប្រមាណៈ នោះនៅលើផែនដីនេះ ទាំងទេវតា និងព្រាហ្មណ៍ ក៏ជាសាក្សីនៃសច្ចៈនោះដែរ»។
