शिशुकस्य शिवशास्त्रप्राप्तिः (Śiśuka’s Attainment of Śaiva Teaching and Grace)
सप्रसादाश्च ते मंत्राः स्वाधिकाराद्यपेक्षया । सर्वाधिकारस्त्वेको ऽयं मंत्र एवेश्वराज्ञया
saprasādāśca te maṃtrāḥ svādhikārādyapekṣayā | sarvādhikārastveko 'yaṃ maṃtra eveśvarājñayā
មន្ត្រទាំងនោះពិតជាប្រទានព្រះគុណ តាមសមត្ថភាព និងសិទ្ធិរបស់អ្នកនីមួយៗ។ ប៉ុន្តែតាមព្រះបញ្ជារបស់ព្រះអម្ចាស់ មន្ត្រនេះតែមួយគត់ ជាមន្ត្រដែលមានអំណាចសកល សមស្របសម្រាប់មនុស្សទាំងអស់។

It teaches that while many mantras bear fruit according to a seeker’s qualification, the Lord grants one Shiva-mantra a universal scope—accessible for all as a direct means to receive grace and progress toward liberation.
A universally authorized Shiva-mantra supports Saguna worship—such as Linga-puja—by giving a single, dependable practice that any devotee can employ to invoke Shiva’s presence and prasada without complex restrictions.
Regular mantra-japa of the universally sanctioned Shiva-mantra (commonly understood in the Purana’s Shaiva context as the Panchakshara) with devotion, ideally alongside simple Shiva worship such as Linga-archana and remembrance of Shiva’s grace.
