दिवार्करश्मयो यत्र न भवंति विधो निशि । न शीतमातपो यत्र मणितेजोऽत्र केवलम्
divārkaraśmayo yatra na bhavaṃti vidho niśi | na śītamātapo yatra maṇitejo'tra kevalam
នៅលោកនោះ ពន្លឺថ្ងៃមិនឆេះចែងចាំងនៅពេលថ្ងៃទេ ហើយព្រះចន្ទក៏មិនភ្លឺនៅពេលយប់ដែរ។ នៅទីនោះ មិនមានត្រជាក់ឬក្តៅ—មានតែពន្លឺសុទ្ធរបស់មណីប៉ុណ្ណោះដែលគ្របដណ្តប់។

Linga-worship trains the mind to move from changing sensory lights (sun and moon) to the steady inner radiance of Shiva; Saguna devotion matures into contemplation of Shiva’s unconditioned, luminous nature hinted here.
Meditate on Shiva as inner light while japa of the Panchakshara (“Om Namaḥ Śivāya”), using Tripuṇḍra-bhasma and Rudraksha to steady the mind, aiming to transcend bodily sensations like heat and cold.
