It teaches that the highest completion (kṛtārthatā) comes from Shiva’s direct grace as darśana; once the Lord is beheld, worldly missions become secondary and the heart rests in fulfilled devotion.
The verse highlights Saguna Shiva’s accessibility through darśana—just as devotees approach the Śiva-liṅga for tangible presence and blessing, Indra and Bṛhaspati approach the Lord and are satisfied by His manifest grace.
The takeaway is to seek Shiva’s presence through steady worship and remembrance—daily liṅga-pūjā with the Pañcākṣarī (Om Namaḥ Śivāya) and a darśana-oriented bhāva (devotional contemplation) aimed at inner certainty and peace.
