नारदप्रश्नवर्णन (Nāradapraśna-varṇana) — “Account of Nārada’s Inquiry”

निर्गुणोऽपि शिवस्तात सगुणश्शंकरः कथम् । शिवतत्त्वं न जानामि मोहितश्शिवमायया

nirguṇo'pi śivastāta saguṇaśśaṃkaraḥ katham | śivatattvaṃ na jānāmi mohitaśśivamāyayā

ឱ ព្រះបិតាជាទីគោរព ទោះបីព្រះសិវៈលើសលប់គុណលក្ខណៈ (និរគុណ) ក៏ដោយ តើហេតុអ្វីព្រះសង្ករៈវិញមានគុណលក្ខណៈ (សគុណ)? ខ្ញុំមិនយល់អំពីតត្ត្វៈព្រះសិវៈទេ ព្រោះខ្ញុំត្រូវបានបំភាន់ដោយម៉ាយាព្រះសិវៈផ្ទាល់។
