गणेशोत्पत्ति-प्रसङ्गः / Episode on the Origin of Gaṇeśa (Śvetakalpa Account)
गणेश उवाच । किं कार्यं विद्यते तेद्य करवाणि तवोदितम् । इत्युक्ता सा तदा तेन प्रत्युवाच सुतं शिवा
gaṇeśa uvāca | kiṃ kāryaṃ vidyate tedya karavāṇi tavoditam | ityuktā sā tadā tena pratyuvāca sutaṃ śivā
គណេសៈបានមានព្រះវាចា៖ «ថ្ងៃនេះមានកិច្ចការអ្វីសម្រាប់អ្នក? សូមប្រាប់ខ្ញុំ ហើយខ្ញុំនឹងធ្វើតាមព្រះបន្ទូលរបស់អ្នក»។ ព្រះនាង Śivā (មាតាទេវី) ត្រូវបានគេនិយាយដូច្នេះហើយ ក៏ឆ្លើយតបកូនប្រុសរបស់នាង។
