The Consecration of Vibhishana and Counsel on Crossing the Ocean
विभीषणवच: श्रुत्वारामोदृढपराक्रमः ।अन्वीक्ष्यमनसासर्वमिदंवचनमब्रवीत् ।।6.19.17।।
vibhīṣaṇa-vacaḥ śrutvā rāmo dṛḍha-parākramaḥ | anvīkṣya manasā sarvam idaṃ vacanam abravīt || 6.19.17 ||
ព្រះរាម ទ្រង់បានសណ្តាប់ពាក្យរបស់វិភីសនៈ ហើយទ្រង់ពិចារណាគ្រប់យ៉ាងក្នុងព្រះទ័យ រួចទ្រង់មានព្រះបន្ទូលដូចនេះ។
Rama of mighty prowess having heard everything from Vibheeshana, examining in his mind, spoke.

Rāma’s discernment (viveka) and self-control—he processes counsel internally before acting or speaking.
