ततस्तास्तं समालिङ्ग्य सर्वा हर्षसमन्विता:।मोदकान्प्रददुस्तस्मै भक्ष्यांश्च विविधान् बहून्।।।।
tatas tās taṃ samāliṅgya sarvā harṣasamanvitāḥ |
modakān pradadus tasmai bhakṣyāṃś ca vividhān bahūn ||
បន្ទាប់មក ពួកនាងទាំងអស់ពោរពេញដោយសេចក្តីរីករាយ បានឱបគាត់ ហើយបានប្រគល់ម៉ោទកៈ (នំផ្អែម) ជាច្រើន និងអាហារប្រភេទផ្សេងៗជាច្រើនដល់គាត់។
Then, all the courtesans embracing him with joy, offered plentiful sweetmeats and various items of food.
It cautions that sensory pleasure and affection can become instruments that unsettle ascetic discipline; dharma requires vigilance over attachments.
The courtesans intensify their enticement by affectionate gestures and rich foods, drawing Ṛśyaśṛṅga further from his austere forest life.
