गुणप्रशंसा–युवराजनिर्णयः
Praise of Rama’s Virtues and the Decision on the Heir-Apparent
वृद्धिकामो हि लोकस्य सर्वभूतानुकम्पनः।।।।मत्तः प्रियतरो लोके पर्जन्य इव वृष्टिमान्।
vṛddhikāmo hi lokasya sarvabhūtānukampanaḥ | mattaḥ priyataro loke parjanya iva vṛṣṭimān ||
«ព្រះអង្គប្រាថ្នាសុខមង្គល និងការរីកចម្រើនរបស់លោក; ព្រះអង្គមានមេត្តាករុណាចំពោះសត្វលោកទាំងអស់។ សម្រាប់ប្រជាជន ព្រះអង្គជាទីស្រឡាញ់លើសខ្ញុំ—ដូច បរជន្យ (Parjanya) អ្នកបង្អួតភ្លៀង ពេលបង្អួតភ្លៀងចុះមក។»
