Surpanakha Approaches Rama
त्वां तु वेदितुमिच्छामि कस्य त्वं कासि कस्य वा।।।।त्वं हि तावन्मनोज्ञाङ्गी राक्षसी प्रतिभासि मे।
tvāṃ tu veditum icchāmi kasya tvaṃ kāsi kasya vā | tvaṃ hi tāvan manojñāṅgī rākṣasī pratibhāsi me ||
ប៉ុន្តែខ្ញុំប្រាថ្នាចង់ដឹងអំពីអ្នក—អ្នកជារបស់អ្នកណា ហើយអ្នកជានរណា? ព្រោះទោះបីអវយវៈរបស់អ្នកស្រស់ស្អាតគួរចិត្ត ក៏អ្នកមិនស្រដៀងជារាក្សសីសម្រាប់ខ្ញុំទេ។
