Narada (narrating within the Purana’s dialogue tradition)
Vrata: none
Primary Rasa: bhakti (devotion)
Secondary Rasa: adbhuta
It portrays Janārdana as the divine center of the episode, while Mohinī’s command functions as a narrative device highlighting māyā (enchantment) and the unfolding of a sacred event within a tīrtha-mahātmya context.
By naming and foregrounding Janārdana, the verse directs attention to Viṣṇu as the object of remembrance; even within dramatic narrative turns, bhakti is reinforced through hearing (śravaṇa) and recollection of the Lord’s names and actions.
The verse mainly reflects ritual vocabulary—especially the notion of an āsana/seat and imperative liturgical speech—rather than a technical exposition of Vedāṅgas like Vyākaraṇa or Jyotiṣa.
