Vrata: none
Primary Rasa: shanta
Secondary Rasa: none
This verse functions as a colophon, marking the completion of a chapter and preserving the text’s traditional structure—helping readers track the sacred narrative units (adhyāyas) used for study, recitation, and reflection.
While it does not teach bhakti directly, it frames a devotional narrative (Mohinī-carita and Saṃdhyāvalī-kathana) as a complete, recitable unit—supporting Purāṇic bhakti through hearing (śravaṇa) and remembrance (smaraṇa) of sacred stories.
It primarily reflects textual organization rather than a Vedāṅga doctrine; however, it supports disciplined study practices akin to Vyākaraṇa-style precision in titles, divisions, and correct transmission of chapter boundaries.
