Saṃdhyāvalī-ākhyāna
Mohinī-parīkṣā; Dvādaśī-vrata-mahattva
नमः कमलहस्ताय कमलाक्षाय ते नमः । कमलाप्रतिपालाय केशवाय नमो नमः ॥ ३३ ॥
namaḥ kamalahastāya kamalākṣāya te namaḥ | kamalāpratipālāya keśavāya namo namaḥ || 33 ||
នមស្ការដល់ព្រះអម្ចាស់មានព្រះហត្ថដូចផ្កាឈូក; នមស្ការដល់ព្រះអម្ចាស់មានព្រះនេត្រដូចផ្កាឈូក។ ខ្ញុំសូមកោតក្រាបម្តងហើយម្តងទៀតដល់កេសវៈ អ្នកអភិរក្ស និងចិញ្ចឹមកមលា (លក្ខ្មី)។

It is a concentrated act of śaraṇāgati (taking refuge) through praise of Viṣṇu’s auspicious form—lotus hands and lotus eyes—affirming Him as the divine sustainer, which strengthens devotion and purifies the mind in a Tīrtha-Māhātmya setting.
Bhakti is expressed here as repeated namaskāra (namo namaḥ) and loving remembrance of Viṣṇu’s guṇas and rūpa; the verse models simple, direct worship through nāma and stuti rather than complex argument.
