Narada
Vrata: Vaiṣṇava-vrata (generic class of vows; not a single named vrata here)
Primary Rasa: bhakti
Secondary Rasa: shanta
The verse teaches that one established in Vaiṣṇava-vrata lives under divine protection (rakṣā) and transcends fear and enmity through reliance on Viṣṇu.
It frames bhakti as lived discipline (vrata): devotion expressed through vows and conduct produces inner fearlessness and the sense of being safeguarded by the Lord.
It emphasizes vrata-dharma (ritual discipline and observances) rather than a specific Vedāṅga; the practical takeaway is that regulated devotional practice is treated as a protective spiritual method.
