Narada (teaching within a dialogue tradition associated with Sanatkumara and the Kumaras)
Vrata: none
Primary Rasa: bhakti
Secondary Rasa: shanta
It presents dāna (charitable giving) offered with bhakti as a direct means to please Janārdana (Vishnu) and as an expiation that removes the burden of sins.
Bhakti is shown as the inner power that makes an outward act (donating a measured quantity of rice) spiritually effective—devotion transforms ritual charity into Vishnu-pleasing worship and purification.
It highlights ritual discipline and traditional measures (āḍhaka) used in dāna-vidhi; this aligns with practical kalpa-style procedural knowledge rather than grammar or astrology.
