Sanatkumara (in instruction to Narada)
Vrata: none
Primary Rasa: shanta
Secondary Rasa: bhakti
It codifies month-wise sacred timing (tithi) for observances, emphasizing that spiritual practice becomes more efficacious when aligned with the lunar calendar (Amāvāsyā/Paurṇimā) prescribed in Dharma teachings.
While not naming a deity here, it supports Bhakti in practice by fixing auspicious days for worship, vows, fasting, and offerings—devotion becomes disciplined through correct timing (kāla-niyama).
It reflects Jyotiṣa (Vedāṅga astronomy/astrology) through tithi-based scheduling—linking lunar phases (new moon/full moon) to month-wise ritual observance.
