Narada
Vrata: Madana-Dvādaśī-vrata
Primary Rasa: bhakti
Secondary Rasa: shanta
It emphasizes that a vrata becomes spiritually effective when done with correct vidhi and with heartfelt invocation of Hari, here praised as the divine source behind desire (kāmarūpī).
Bhakti is shown through direct address and surrender—reciting a pleasing invocation to Hari—making the vow not merely ritualistic but an act of loving remembrance and worship.
The key practical point is adherence to vidhi (ritual procedure), reflecting the discipline of Kalpa (ritual science) in organizing vows, recitation, and observance on Dvādaśī.
