Narada (in a ritual-prayer context invoking Agni for purification)
Vrata: none
Primary Rasa: shanta
Secondary Rasa: karuna
It frames Agni as a purifier: any impurity arising from wrongful action is offered into the sacred fire so it may be burned away, restoring ritual and inner cleanliness.
Bhakti here appears as surrender and trust—invoking a divine power (Agni) to remove दोष (impurity) and grant wholesome aims, aligning one’s actions with dharma.
It reflects Kalpa (ritual procedure) and prāyaścitta logic: faults connected with a rite are ritually neutralized through fire-offering and purificatory invocation.
